Since I was in the area and haven't been to
Manteno in about a year I stopped and took a few photos. The "new" laundry
building is still vacant but the old one has been reused. The place is defiantly
not what it used to be!
Morgan cottage is now completely boarded up
Mitchell is now completely gone and just a vacant lot.
They built these duplexes where the 2 story cottages were.
Empty lots were Todd and Zeller cottages once stood
